Attention Grade 11s – Grad Hoodies for next year need to be ordered this week. Visit the tuck shop on Thursday to get your order in ASAP.

 

Attention Grade 12s - the date of the grad celebration has been changed from May 16 to May 28. It will be held at St. Alfred Catholic Church (272 Vine Street, St. Catharines).

Format for the Celebrations

· Introduction and Welcome at 10:00 a.m.

· Welcoming comments by Student Senate Co-Chairs (Emcees), Frank Fera, Chair of the Board and John Crocco, Director of Education

· Prayer service lead by Bishop Bergie and Student Senator

· Keynote Speaker

The celebration will conclude at approximately 12 noon and students will depart from the event to their home schools for the remainder of the day.

 

Expectations of Students to be shared prior to May 28th and on each bus enroute to the event:

· Leave all valuables at school – students are not to bring anything on the bus

· The Code of Conduct will be enforced uniformly by all school supervisors

· Full uniform – no jackets, coats, sweaters unless cool or raining

· Uniform shirts tucked in, where applicable, as students leave the bus

· No gum

· No water or pop or juice etc.

· No cell phones or electronic devices

· No knapsacks

· There will be no breaks; this is a non-smoking event

· Students will sit as a school community in designated areas as indicated on a special map

· Full attention, respect, maturity and appropriate participation are required

Hello BT Alumni!

This year marks the 25th Anniversary of Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School.  Save the Date and join us for a school open house and pub night on Saturday, June 8, 2019 for music, food & drinks, raffles, and reconnecting with old friends.  Online ticket sales began on March 1.

Effective June 1st the information for Attendance is as follows:

In preparation for the move to this new release, we are asking our parents to do the following:

1. Use the Safe Arrival website, https://go.schoolmessenger.ca. The first time you use the website, select Sign Up to create your account using your email address. After logging in, select the Attendance tab to Report and Absence.

2. Using your mobile device, download and install the SchoolMessenger app (blue logo) from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (or from the links at https://go.schoolmessenger.ca). Use your new login information to access your account. Select Attendance to Report an Absence. If you would like to receive attendance notifications on your mobile device please enable that in the Settings area of the app.

3. The current toll-free number is 844-287-6287 will still allow you to report your child absent.

 The new version is available 24 hours /day, 7 days a week. Future absences can be reported at any time.
